Place a Prayer Shield Over Law Enforcement
We are calling all watchmen to set aside the month of May to place a prayer shield over all of our law enforcement officers, their families, and support staff. We will be focusing on praying for our local police, and ask you to do the same where you live. It is important that we pray for God’s continued peace and supernatural shalom to reign over every city. Our police officers are primarily responsible to keep the peace and carry out our laws. We loose supernatural angelic protection on their behalf. Lord, command Your angelic hosts to surround every member of our law enforcement as a shield and refuge.
2 Samuel 22:3-4, “The God of my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; my Savior, You save me from violence. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.”
Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
May every police force be strengthened to carry out their full duties. Lord, pour out your spirit, that times of refreshing and restoration may come. We pray for a mighty spiritual awakening, and may God heal our land. Throughout the month of May, we will continue to appreciate, honor, and pray for our local law enforcement forces.
Acts 3:19, “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,”
Psalm 85:6-7, “Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You? Show us Your mercy, Lord, and grant us Your salvation.”
2 Chronicles 7:14, “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
