Watch Focus – Christmas Glory!

Join us tonight for an abbreviated Christmas Watch of the Lord from 7:30 PM-8:30 PM EST. 

The shepherds who watched by night experienced the light and glory of the first Christmas. May we who watch and pray experience this manifest presence and glory of the Lord this Christmas and through the New Year.  Let it rise and shine through us. We come as worshipers and servants to glorify Christ in our midst, at home, and in our community. We give thanks for every blessing of this year.

We pray that every home will be lighted by the love of the Babe born in Bethlehem. May the Glory of Christmas shine over every household and over those watching, praying, and looking for His appearing. We welcome the wonderful fragrance of the glory of Christ to each of our homes and churches. May the bright Presence give fresh hope and encouragement to us all, especially the poor, the lonely, and those battling infirmities. We voice the wishes expressed in the Christmas Carol, “God bless us everyone!” Merry Christmas!

Luke 2:9,10,13,14, “And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.’  And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: ‘Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!’”

Isaiah 60:1, “Arise, shine; for your light has come”

Zephaniah 3:17, “The Lord your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”
